What is expedited service? You pay a higher rate so your movers can transfer your household or business goods on a specified date.
What are wardrobes? ? These are special boxes that are designed to hold your clothes. Some come equipped with a hanging rod and can fit clothing from up to 3 linear feet of closet space.
Can my moving company ship my vehicle internationally? Most moving companies can arrange transportation of your vehicle to any country that allows importation. Make sure to check this beforehand as some countries charge very high taxes and duties for importing a vehicle.
Am I guaranteed that my online move estimate will be 100% accurate? Additional moving costs may be required by any moving company so you may need to pay extra at the end of your move. However, the more details you provide beforehand, the more accurate your quote will be.

Can I ride with the movers on my moving day? No, moving companies do not allow passengers to accompany them in the moving truck for liability reasons.
How can I lower the cost of my move? Try to book your move Monday through Thursday because weekends are usually busier and more expensive. You may also be able to save money by moving in the middle of the month or avoiding the busy summer months.
?What is a transportation surcharge? This is an extra fee charged when the pickup or destination locations are very remote which results in less return weight for the moving company.
Should I disassemble my furniture before the move? You can do this if you have time, but it’s not required. If your movers need to dismantle any furniture, they will reassemble it in your new home.
Does a moving company need to be licensed? Moving companies are actually registered. This means the federal government has issued them a certificate of authority that allows them to move household goods in any of the 50 states. Local moving companies may also be registered with the US Department of Transportation to move interstate shipments within certain geographical areas.
